How can I subscribe to receive all Saferite’s specials? 

- On the bottom of every page there's a "Join Our Mailing List" section where you can fill out the blanks and submit your information so we can add you to our email list for all promotions and updates. 

Do you offer customer service in Spanish? (Ofrecen servicio al cliente en Español?) 

- Yes most of our staff is bilingual. (Si la mayoría de nuestro servicio al cliente el bilingüe.) 

Can Saferite deliver to my jobsite? 

- Yes, we offer free local delivery on orders totaling $100.00 or greater. We consider local shipping to those customers located in Miami Dade County.  

How long does it take after I submit a contact request form to be contacted? 

- We usually respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours or less. 

How can I order a catalog?

How long does it take for my products to ship after an order has been placed? 

- Usually we ship within 24 business hours to make sure you get your products ASAP! 

How can I track my order? 

- When an order is placed and the item has shipped you will receive an automated email with tracking information which you can use to track your package. You can also login to your account to see your tracking information there as well.

I need my order shipped ASAP! Can you expedite my order?  

- Yes, we ship via UPS or we can use our customers shipping accounts upon request. Contact us for more information. 


Return FAQ 

Does Saferite accept returns? 

- Absolutely! Send it back to us for a refund or an exchange. 

What conditions does the product have to be in for a return or an exchange?

 - Customers looking for a full refund or exchange have to return the products in brand new and in unopened manufacturer packaging conditions. 

What if I opened my package but haven't used it? 

- Depending on the manufacturer, a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Contact us for more information regarding your product manufacturer and its fees. (For more information on returns and exchanges please review our returns policy)
