FallTech 8256LTY3 6' Shock Absorbing Double Lanyard with Rebar Hooks

The SoftPack 6-Foot Shock Absorbing Lanyard with #18 Rebar Hooks features Y-leg construction for 100 percent tie-off and utilizes a continuous length of 1-inch polyester webbing for superior strength, durability and resistance to UV light and abrasion. The webbing has a tensile strength of 9,800 pounds and features embedded wear-indicating threads. The rugged polyester cover protects the shock absorber from damage. This lanyard also features a double-locking snap hook at the attachment end and #18 rebar hooks at the anchorage ends. The rebar hooks have a 2-1/4-inch gate opening and allows a broader range of connections. SoftPack shock-absorbing lanyards feature the inner workings of our ClearPack absorbers protected by a flexible tubular polyester webbing. They are an economical and effective way to tie-off without compromising on safety or performance. SoftPack Shock Absorbing Lanyards are constructed using a tear-away webbing which, when deployed in a fall, literally tears itself in half to dissipate the forces. It utilizes a continuous length of our 9,800 pound lanyard webbing as a back-up to ensure that it arrests the fall. The shock absorber is covered with a durable polyester tubular web sock which is a rugged and economical alternative to our ClearPack series.
